Scheduling is easy. Call us at (343) 777-2812 or use our online booking form to select your preferred delivery date. We typically confirm appointments within a few hours and can accommodate most requests within 48 hours.

We deliver throughout Ottawa and the surrounding region, including Kanata, Orleans, Barrhaven, Stittsville, Manotick, Kemptville, Arnprior, Carleton Place, and many rural communities in Eastern Ontario. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, give us a call and we will confirm.

We accept credit cards, debit, e-Transfer, and cheque. Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For large commercial orders, we can set up invoicing with net-30 terms.

Our tanker trucks carry between 2,000 and 10,000 gallons per load, depending on the truck dispatched. For larger requirements we can schedule multiple loads on the same day or across consecutive days to meet your exact volume needs.

Absolutely. All water we deliver meets Ontario's Drinking Water Quality Standards. Our trucks are regularly sanitized and inspected, and we maintain detailed records of every load. With over 30 years of experience, water quality has always been our top priority.

Our driver arrives at the scheduled time, connects a hose from the truck to your fill point, and monitors the transfer until your tank, pool, or cistern reaches the requested level. The entire process is hands-off for you, and the driver will confirm the final volume before leaving.
